As our goodies are freshly made to order, you will need to call us ahead of time. For small orders, we usually need a minimum of 3 days notice to prepare your order ready for pick up.

For large orders (i.e. > 100 pieces), please give us at least 7 days advance notice to avoid disappointment.

If you have a shorter timeframe, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What do we need to know?

Do let us know your name and contact number, type of product, quantity and design instructions (if any) and pick up date and time.

Pick up Time and Location

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to you on a best effort basis and shall be subject to a minimum fee of RM15 depending of delivery location. We encourage all our customers to pick up their goodies from our TS kitchen – located in Sunway Kayangan, Shah Alam. We shall advise you on the pick up time and location via phone, sms or email.

Payment

For small orders, you can either pay in full via ATM transfer or online banking prior to pick up date or cash upon pick up/delivery.

For larger orders will require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the remaining 50% seven (7) days prior to delivery date. Larger orders can be paid in cash, cheque or ATM transfer or online transfer. Account details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation

Step 2 –Consultation & Design

Designing your cake which is uniquely yours is fun and exciting! If you have a particular design in mind, do share it with us. If you’re not sure, do not worry. We have a library of design catalogues to inspire you. From there, we can begin to incorporate the little details (including your theme, colour choices, venue décor, your personality and even what you’re wearing) so that the design matches your occasion. Whilst cake decoration is important, the cake flavour and your enjoyment of it, is equally paramount! We would be happy to switch up our flavours for you.

Step 3 – Request for Quotation

Many factors go into your cake – from the size and flavour of your cake to the intricacy of design and artwork. As such, our pricing is determined on a project basis.

Step 4 – Confirmation of Order

Confirm your order by emailing us and payment of 50% deposit with remaining balance seven (7) days prior to delivery date. We also offer a sample tasting of your cake after the confirmation of your order (subject to a minimum order amounting to RM500 and above)

Wedding Cupcakes

We offer two sizes for wedding cupcakes – mini muffin cups (2” x 1.5”) or midi muffin cups (2.5” x 1.75”). Prices will depend on the size, flavour and decoration on the cupcake, so do call us for a specific quotation.

Wedding cupcakes can be arranged in a tiered arrangement or given away as favours. Do give us a call or drop us a line for further details.

Edible Favours

We have a host of ideas for edible favours – for example mini tarts, decorated cookies, mini cakes, madeleines, brownies and would be happy to source for packaging for you too. Contact us and we can explore possibilities!
