As our goodies are freshly made to order, you will need to call us ahead of time. For small orders, we usually need a minimum of 3 days notice to prepare your order ready for pick up.

 

For large orders (i.e. > 100 pieces), please give us at least 7 days advance notice to avoid disappointment.

 

If you have a shorter timeframe, give us a call and we will see what we can do.

 

What do we need to know?

Do let us know your name and contact number, type of product, quantity and design instructions (if any) and pick up date and time.

Pick up Time and Location

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to you on a best efforts basis and shall be subject to a minimum fee of RM10 depending of delivery location. We encourage all our customers to pick up their goodies from either one of our TS kitchens – located in Sunway Kayangan. Shah Alam and Bukit Jelutong, Kuala Lumpur. We shall advise you on the pick up time and location via phone, sms or email.

 

Payment

For small orders, you can either pay in full via ATM transfer or online banking prior to pick up date or cash upon pick up/delivery.

 

For larger orders will require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the remaining 50% prior to delivery date. Larger orders can be paid in cash, cheque or ATM transfer or online transfer. Account details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.
